Mahogany Chest Of Drawers

I believe these stunning set of drawers to be my favourite transformation yet!! It was an absolute pleasure to work on.

Dated from 1929, they needed a whole lot of love. The top section was split and coming off, the back board was coming away, and all the old varnish was peeling off. After a good clean, and sand - I couldn’t quite believe how stunning the wood was! The wood was given a lick of hemp oil, and the top and sides painted with Fusion’s ‘Ash’. I added a gorgeous transfer for the bottom drawer to give it a little more individuality. The handles were originals, and were painted with a gold gilding wax.
