Grange Fold Out Desk

How cute is this fold out desk, originally from ‘Grange’ - a top quality furniture company based in France (no longer trading). The desk took a lot of hard work! Many hours were taken sanding down the hard shellac varnish to get to the raw wood. It was finally given a lick of hemp oil (always my favourite oil).
The hardware was given a clean up. The drawers were given a very cute decoupage (the paper inside the drawers), and finally it was painted with a custom colour.

I think it came up a treat. :)
